Update 7/2/25 - I wanted to give another shout out to Unitech. They came to my rescue again. After moving into a new apartment, I found some troubling insect activity and freaked out. I immediately called Unitech to come out and do an inspection. Kathy got me on the schedule within 24 hours and Allen spoke to me over the phone to reassure me that I was probably just seeing critters that wandered inside. He also looked at some pictures I sent him and confirmed that the type of insects I saw are not the type to worry about. Terry came out to the property and was on time and professional as always. He took his time checking the entire apartment inside and out. He applied a preventive treatment and set some glue boards to monitor any activity. He also took the time to explain how the bugs might be getting in, what to do going forward, gave me extra glue boards, and reassured me that the bugs I saw are not harmful. I can't thank the team at Unitech enough for their help. I have peace of mind now and will feel more comfortable in the new space.
