James provided outstanding customer service. He was knowledgeable, professional and accomplished the services that was needed. I would definitely recommend Hawx Pest Control to family and friends.
I don't want to change my original review. Every rep has been very professional and done their job.My review today is to warn people that Joshua's Pest Control resorts to lying to potential customers to switch clients to their business. They will tell you that Hawx is not licensed to do the services they offer and that is a lie in my opinion. Since service from Hawx, I have had NO creepy crawly varmints of any type. Originally I contracted with them to get rid of ants. The day of treatment, ants disappeared. I let Joshua's come out and 5,000,000 ants either showed up to the funeral of ants Joshua's exterminated or Joshua's fed the existing ants something all ants...read full review
