The facility is clean and staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I have a followup appointment to discuss lens options/cost and surgery timetable. “Yesterday, I sat on my glasses. One of the nose pads broke off. I spent the rest of the day sad as the remaining plastic piece dug into my skin.

I’m only visiting Kansas City so I was resigned to just be uncomfortable for the next four days until I could get home and get my glasses fixed.

On my way to get coffee this morning, I walked past Vision Source. “Maybe they can fix my glasses,” I thought to myself. I walked in with low expectations: I had no appointment and I wasn’t a local customer.

The absolute angels at Vision Works replaced both nose pads on my glasses so that they were even. They cleaned the lenses and tightened all the screws. My glasses look new and they don’t hurt my face.

I would have paid literally any amount of money and they did it all for free in five minutes because, as they said, “Repairs are always free.”
