I absolutely love this Optometrist, I always get the best service here and they have the kindest staff. I recently moved to a different city further from this Family Eye Care location and tried other Eye Offices closer to me. Since then I have decided to make the further drive and commute to come back to this specific Family Eye Care due to their excellent service. I always enjoy my time at this office & feel genuinely cared for!

I love how smooth the process was. This was first eye exam as an adult and they took the time to explain each step. Listened carefully to what I noticed during each section, and answer any questions i had.

I needed an eye exam and am new to the independence area. From the online contact form to the call back reservation to walking out the door with my prescription in hand and my retinopathy pictures being sent to my endocrinologist, the entire experience was clean, timely and professional. They have the latest equipment for diabetic eye pictures so no need for dilation. I appreciated their knowledge and skill. I’ll be going there from now on.

From Independence Family Eye Care

We are an independent Optometry Practice located in the Hub Shopping Center at 23rd Street and 291 in Independence, MO. We are a full service office that provides routine eye exams as well as medical eye exams to monitor diabetes and cataracts, and to treat eye infections and other eye emergencies. Dr. Bray and Dr. Crowley see adult and pediatric patients and are providers with most medical insurances and several vision plans including VSP and Eyemed. Our optical department has a large selection of frames for all ages. Contact lens services are available for soft, gas-permeable and other specialty contact lenses. Dry Eye treatments are available with the Optilight IPL. We are currently accepting new patients.
