Independence Family Eye Care offers routine and medical eye exams, contact lens services, and dry eye treatments. The office is equipped with the latest equipment, including technology for diabetic eye pictures without dilation. The staff is professional, very nice, and takes the time to explain each step of the exam process. Patients appreciate the smooth and timely service, feeling genuinely cared for and valued. The optometrist is the best ever visited, providing a very thorough examination. They are very thorough and courteous, and the entire staff is delightful, offering great recommendations on frames and prescriptions. The frames are the most stylish and popular, with competitive pricing. This practice is a one-stop-shop for all eye care needs, with patients willing to commute from farther distances for their excellent service.
Dr.Bray and her staff are always professional and friendly!! Carolyn and Annette at the front desk & the eye glasses center are always extremely helpful!! I can’t remember exactly how long I’ve been a patient of Dr Bray’s , I would guess around 17 years .
While going to Jersey Mikes to pickup some sandwiches, I noticed the “Independence Family Eye Care” business. I stepped in and asked the receptionist if she had forms I could fill out at home and return with the completed forms and then make an appointment to have my eyes examined. The receptionist was very professional and gave me the forms to complete at home. I gave her my insurance information when I returned with the completed paperwork to make an appointment. Let me start by saying that I have been going to eye doctors my entire life. I can honestly say that Independence Family Eye Care is the best I have ever been to. I have been going to this office for years now and the quality of care is consistent. The staff is great and efficient. Dr. Bray is understanding and listens to any concerns as well as takes time to answer questions and educate you. This means a lot to me as a customer and I hope to continue visiting for years to come!
