“I have been working with Sharon for 3 months in physical therapy. I had pain in my left foot, knee, and lower back when running and even walking or standing for long periods of time, and had already been evaluated by my doctors with no explanation as to why. I was always told my x-rays looked clear and there was nothing they could do. Sharon was able to work with me and found that muscle weakness was the cause of my pain. When working with Sharon she took her time, she listened when I explained what I was feeling even when my knee pain resolved, but a new pain developed in my foot. There was a time when Sharon tried some taping of my foot and lower leg, and after 24 hours my pain was more intense and I couldn't get relief, I sent an email and she responded and told me to take the tape off and we re-valuated my treatment. Sharon was very thorough in every aspect of my care from beginning to end. It was great to work with someone who understood my schedule and that consistency doesn't look the same for everyone. I am not always able to get daily gym time in and Sharon understood this and worked my treatment plan and appointment schedule around my time. I was able to let her know in between appointments how things were going and if I needed to see her sooner, or I thought something needed to be adjusted or was too much, and she never hesitated to look at my treatment plan and make changes as needed. She knew my goal was to run 3 5k's in 2023 and she supported me so that this could be possible. I have now moved from PT with Sharon to having her as my running coach to work to achieve my goals of 3 5k's in 2023 and a 10k in 2024, as well as continuing building my muscle strength and stamina in a way that works best for my body. I have never worked with someone who worked harder for me as an individual to make sure that my treatment plan was working for me and worked towards my personal goals.“

I felt supported and encouraged throughout my difficult recovery. My needs and goals for healing were listened to and supported. “Scheduling your appointments was very easy. I had to adjust a couple dates but gave them plenty of notice and it was no problem. I had Tom for a therapist. He was very good, listened to me and gave me direct stretches to work on that would help with any issues I was having. With his help going back to work was easier to get up to speed.“

When I came in to see Aaron he said he would take a different approach; have me work on strengthening my back. Aaron was great. He gave me a lot different exercises and various workouts that he lead me through. He always had each session different so it did not get boring. I am now back at 100 per cent!

“I was recently in the Er. I came in with alot of pain. and had just had a bad experience at a obgyn. I had Dr Alex and nurse Tammy. yes I was frustrated I felt like I was being ignored after sitting for 3 hrs with no word from anyone. Dr. Alex and Tammy was doing things to help me and I didn't realize they had been contacting other Dr's etc etc Dr Alex took the time out to run several test on me and explained to me very well what the issue was. Tammy was amazing! they understood i was having a difficult time. at one point I called the supervisor of the floor I do believe that's what she was Wendy. she came into my room with an attitude right off the jump. then the Dr was trying to explain something to me and she cut him off very rudely. I asked her to leave my room. I do give Dr Alex and nurse Tammy 10 stars. Wendy on the other hand desrves to have 0. Thank you Dr Alex and Nurse Tammy for treating me and caring about my needs. and explaining everything to me in a detailed manner.“
