“Dr. Chelsea is amazing! I was having horrible sciatic pain due to pregnancy and am grateful I found her. She was able to work out so much inflammation and also gave me lots of different exercises to help with my hips and glutes. Over the course of our sessions, I went from being in extreme pain all day and barely being able to walk to having no pain most days and walking comfortably. Definitely recommend for any pregnant woman who is experiencing sciatic pain!“

“I’ve had to go to physical therapy several times in my life. This was my most positive experience at ESPT. I had normal physical therapy, dry, needling, and massage therapy. I mostly saw one physical therapist, Dani, but everyone I ever spoke to, or who helped me was incredibly kind, understanding, and professional.

I’m not back to good as new, but I’m no longer suffering and if I have a bad day, I feel like I have all the tools in my toolbox to get back on the right track. “After birth, my pelvic and hips became unaligned, and I had extreme pain in my upper back that caused me to not want to move or even walk or lift things. It was so painful! I went to the doctor and a chiropractor for the back pain because it was so severe and neither of them could help me so my friend suggested physical therapy and I found Mowery Rehab and within just a few sessions, I had instant relief he helped adjust my hips, and if they came back out of place, he would push them back and gave me homework and exercises to do at home as well. “Throughout my years, I have had several PT experience’s and by far College Park PT (Noble location) has been the best. They listen to you and review everything, work extremely well together to provide the best course of action. Don’t get me wrong, you have to do your part too (doing exercises). If you don’t, PT will not work. It’s a two-way system, you and your therapist.“

“I was recently in the Er. I came in with alot of pain. and had just had a bad experience at a obgyn. I had Dr Alex and nurse Tammy. yes I was frustrated I felt like I was being ignored after sitting for 3 hrs with no word from anyone. Dr. Alex and Tammy was doing things to help me and I didn't realize they had been contacting other Dr's etc etc Dr Alex took the time out to run several test on me and explained to me very well what the issue was. Tammy was amazing! they understood i was having a difficult time. at one point I called the supervisor of the floor I do believe that's what she was Wendy. she came into my room with an attitude right off the jump. then the Dr was trying to explain something to me and she cut him off very rudely. I asked her to leave my room. I do give Dr Alex and nurse Tammy 10 stars. Wendy on the other hand desrves to have 0. Thank you Dr Alex and Nurse Tammy for treating me and caring about my needs. and explaining everything to me in a detailed manner.“
