“I have nothing but respect for the therapists and clerks at SERC when I visit in person. They're friendly, patient and they've help me a lot.
But their corporate decision to call me four times a day to schedule a new patient appointment is just insane. I don't need a new patient appointment if I have been seen for several weeks now, but their auto-system AI or whatever reset itself and now I'm getting several text messages and multiple phone calls a day to set up my appointment. That I already had. Weeks ago. Please, if your corporate office is going to be SO PERSISTENT that it borders on harassment, maybe check if I don't already have an appointment first?

Just wanted to update to say SERC called me hours after I posted this review (truly, the NICEST people work at this location, I compliment them) and confirmed it must have been an error. I was frustrated because it such an aggressive communication policy and if I were an actual new patient I would have been turned off by this approach. But I do understand that stuff happens and corporate IT policies can't always be controlled by the people who work at a branch offices.“

After my first visit I knew I had come to the right place. Kyle explained everything about the hip/hamstring area to me to help me understand the area of focus. Now after seeing Kyle half a dozen times I am darn near back my normal exercise routines with huge improvement in mobility and almost pain free. If you need an excellent Chiropractor I highly recommend Kyle.“

“Blake and Jack were wonderful. When I first walked in before my surgery happened with a cane, they both greeted me to help me. I’ve had a total hip replacement on my left side and in 6 weeks I can walk without pain.
Blake explained all exercises clearly and he has a Wonderful attitude and personality.
Jack is very happy to see everyone when they come in and is always the first to greet us.
