“Ok, this is an update regarding the admin problem I had with the KCK office.Jennifer is still one of the best therapists I have worked with, and I definitely recommend her for first responders!My problem was with Lisa, the manager. Whom, even when coached by regional administration, could not even give a proper apology acknowledging her deplorable behavior and poor customer service.Regardless, since I don't have anything but praise for the regional administration, Jennifer, and even Mr. Peterson (CEO), who even called me personally to make things right, I am rewriting my review and changing it from 0 to 4 stars.Don't ever feel like being a first responder forbids you from exercising your right as a customer, and more so as patient.
