They were with me every step of the way during my recovery from rotator cuff surgery on my dominate arm. They are still with me currently to guide me finish line“

“I had been to another shop for issues with my power chair and got the run around, 1st I needed a new battery [it was 3 years old]. Still not working, went back a 2nd time to be told the motors were going bad and needed a replacement. They charged a service charge and did nothing.

I went to Mobility City looking to purchase a new power chair. I told them the problem. Their tech took it and came back minutes later and said try it. They had connected their hand held controller and changed one setting.

This was several months ago and the power chair works great to this day.

What was their charge? ZERO, nothing. That is awesome customer service.“
