I received information about this company from my social worker at St. Mary's. I called them and made arrangements for help. I couldn't figure out the computer questions, so someone came over to my to help me with that. I had 4 different staff members help me with all my chores, asked if they could make me lunch and if there was anything else they could do for me. All were very pleasant and thoughtful of my needs. Couldn't of asked for better. I never felt uneasy about having them in my home. I would recommend their services anytime.
The staff and environment are friendly welcoming and knowledgeable. Reach out any time 24/7 and get talking to real person. Lunch stop by and get a massage hang out get a snack. It is a good place to be.
I have a family member that required extensive in-home care. The staff are knowledgeable, kind and there to assist with a positive and delightful attitude. They are thoughtful, caring, concerned and empathetic. This not only applies to the loved one that needs assistance but also to the family living with the loved one. The staff helps bring balance to the household. The administration is forthcoming and tentative with regard to putting the right caregivers with you or your loved on. They spent three hours with us in an initial assessment just to confirm our particular needs.
