I highly recommend Compassionate Nursing Services for anyone looking for reliable home care services. The office staff, particularly Ms. Lacey, was incredibly responsive, professional, and efficient. When our previous care fell through, immediately getting coverage. Communication has been seamless, and they truly listen to our concerns, working together on a plan that keeps our loved one safe and happy in their own home.
Great company, it feel like home walking in the office. The ED Ms. Lacey is phenomenal at what she does and is a great person all around. She ensures that every client receives the best care with consistent and reliable caregivers. This company is a 10/10 in my book. I highly recommend!!! Love it here ❣️.
Our year-plus experience with Compassionate Nursing's caring for our Mom, who had dementia and who needed 24/7 care, was wonderful. Their caregivers were knowledgeable. They were warm and compassionate, toward Mom and toward her family. The schedulers always manged to find a solution when schedules became complicated, even during weather challenges and changes in our needs. They became like family to us and we appreciate all they did to help Mom and us. I recommend them highly.
