“This place is so much better than the facility we were at. Their skilled care unit is only 2 years old and has the feel of a fine hotel with all the administrators close by so no hunting for them. The orientation when we arrived was thorough, and organized. We felt we knew everything we needed to know before even moving in. This place has a modern approach to long term care. All the rooms are set up with hotel quality decor and private bathrooms with showers. The place we came from only offered a shower room where mom had to be wheeled down the hall in her bathrobe and then brought back damp and cold to her room. Being bathed in an open room with no heat and anyone could walk in at any time was a humiliating experience. This place gives her back her dignity. The staff are also friendly unlike her previous place. Plus the administration offices are incorporated into the residential floors so those staff members are easily accessible if you have a question. This place allows someone to get old with comfort and grace.“

“I was looking for some care for my parents - Full Circle has been amazing to work with. They quickly assessed and understood the needs of my parents. The rates are affordable and they were able to work with the number of hours/week I needed for my parents. I've never met the owner (I live out of state) but at least once a week, my parents tell me how wonderful she is and how thankful they are that we were able find the care that (they didn't think) they needed.
