“Tried out the St Charles facility. My dogs are country boys. This was not their normal scene. Honestly I was a little worried about how they would act when I came to pick them up. My worries were for nothing! The boys (Chuck and Gary) were thrilled to see me, and definitely not fearful. They came home nice and tired. We’re now making boarding plans for the future!“

Today she took time to educate me on the proper way to have my dog groomed and how to help keep her shedding down on my own. “I take my little dog to Dr. Tammy Beckman at the VETSTOP New Town location. I love this location and Dr. Beckman and her team. They are very professional and knowledgeable, yet so friendly, gentle and sweet to my little girl, Tulla.
Dr. Beckman is very in tune with her and always determines exactly what her issues are. She is elderly, losing her hearing and sight but she feels very comfortable with Dr. Beckman and her assistant. I’m quite confident with our relationship.“

“This was my Fur Baby's 1st Grooming Appt. & although she was excited, she was very anxious also & was shaking like a leaf. She suffers with Seperation Anxiety very bad, so I wasn't sure how she would behave on her 1st visit.
The Kennelwood Staff calmed her down & gave her all the love & attention that she craves. She was pampered & treated like the lil' Diva that she is. Kennelwood truly has a way with ur 4 legged friend & they are well trained.
She is already looking forward to her next Hair Appt.

“I dropped off Bo my 9-month-old GSP for a trial day of doggy day care a week(ish) ago and he had a great day. The staff was very friendly and welcoming which put me at ease. He is so shy around new dogs so I was able to watch the live cameras and see how he was doing throughout the day which was great. I spoke with Schaely the trainer who seemed very friendly and knowledgeable. I decided to start the two-week training today so I will post another review/update once his training is complete. So far our experience has been great!“

“All of the staff are very kind and knowledgeable. Dr Canada and Dr Pritchett collaborated to give my Bella the best care. Bella is my sugar glider, and many exotic veterinarians do not treat them. This clinic has gone above and beyond to help me. From their regular to emergency services, they have been wonderful. They also have taken the time to respond to my questions via text. They truly care about Bella and my own well being. This is the best exotic veterinary clinic I have ever been to, and I have lived all over the country. I highly recommend them. “Dave and his staff have taught us a lot and continue to teach us each week in group class. I started my puppy in puppy pre school and then went to private lessons. After 4 or 5 private lessons we started group classes. We drive an hour each way to go to Dave and it's worth every minute. My girl can behave in public places with and without other dogs. She can walk on a loose leash no mater the situation or distractions. We continue to learn together and that has made for a great bond. I did a lot of auditing of other programs and Dave was by far the best match for us. And we have met a lot of great dogs and their parents. I highly recommend Dave and his staff to meet your needs.

“The technicians at West County Animal Clinic on Manchester were amazing! Our sweet 2 yr old mix is terrified of the vet and hates getting his nails cut. He becomes aggressive and most places I take him don’t know how to handle him. The lead tech and another technician, Lisa and Amy, were amazing! They knew just what to do and they did it quickly and lovingly. I’ve been on the hunt for a vet that doesn’t charge a crazy amount and also knows how to care for scared dogs. I’m so grateful we gave them a try. We’ll definitely be going back for future needs.“
