“Initially, Steve Riordan came out and assessed the damage to our floor and while the source of the water wasn’t apparent, he took the time to trace the water to a suspected source and have the advice that it would be best to pull up some of the vinyl and see how far the water went. His crew of Jorge M, Kenny M and Matthew G came out and within half an hour several planks were pulled up and a lot more water was prevalent than what I initially thought. I’m grateful that they took the time to keep going until all of the water was gone. They even capped off a supply line, removed a toilet and had no problems moving fixtures and furniture while still taking care of things. I’m extremely pleased.“

“The Flood Team is an extremely professional company. Shane and Curtis came to my house to dry out my guest bathroom after the toilet flooded. They were prompt and began work as soon as they arrived. They covered the runner in my entrance way and wore boot covers ( like the ones used in the surgery rooms). They were mythological removing all the ruined wet items. Shane went down in the basement to check the ceiling to make sure there were no water marks ( fortunately there were none), he kept using a meter to detect moisture in the drywalls and baseboards. They set up all the fans and dehumidifiers to start the drying process. He came back each day to see if the fans and dehumidifiers were doing their job. Curtis sprayed everything with an anti microbial spray which prohibits any mold from growing. After all of their hard work was finished the area where they worked was spotless. Both men were very professional and polite. I can’t say enough about what a great team they were. I have also recommended this company to several neighbors who are ( seniors like myself ).
