Over the years, we had other plumbing services look at the system; none of them appeared to truly understand what we had. My technician from Rick’s Water Heating Repair understood immediately. We also found out he does more then just water heater repairs. Our garbage disposal was old and needed to be replaced. He was able to swap it out at the same time he did the water heater install. First time answered all questions and gave 3 recommendations for new HVAC furnace and AC unit according to our budget. They got back to us on the phone within an hour and quoted us prices. Today they came out and installed a temporary AC unit as our new one could not be installed for another 4 days. It only took them an hour! This was a free service and I was very impressed.
