“Convenient location, professional staff. I did have to wait quite a while after my scheduled appointment time, about 45 minutes. Luckily I wasn’t in a hurry so it wasn’t a big deal. Everything else was very timely and smooth. I only have two complaints. First, the eye doctor told me she was going to send my info to The Retina Institute for them to set me up with an appointment. I waited a week and never heard anything. When I called they told me no one had sent anything to them about me. Second, I received not only a text, but also three emails asking me to leave a review. That seems a little overkill, but here is my review so maybe now that will stop.“

“It was fast and pain-free. 10 mins in the room for both eyes, and 3 days later I have 20/20 vision! My prescription was -3.50 in both eyes before. I wish I had done this 10 years ago!“

“I’ve been coming to Clarkson for several years and it has always been a pleasant experience. The staff is exceptional especially today. Erika really made my heart happy today. There was an elderly gentleman in the office today who was having a hard time accepting that he needs new glasses to renew his driver’s license. She was extremely patient, helpful, and kept him calm. She handled his frustration so well he gave in a decided to get those glasses. Lol! You don’t see people have patience with the elderly like this much anymore. She’s a gem!“

“My daughter and I went in the store today to get new glasses. We were able to try on whatever we wanted and no pushy salespeople, just friendly employees there to answer questions. Great frame choices and extremely reasonable prices. We were almost in and out and no one tried to upsell us or tack on additional features like at other stores.
