“I had a very fantastic experience with Dr. Meyer during the time that I needed a doctor's help even only through a phone conversation. Besides her good manner and very accommodating, I would like to give her a thumbs up for her expertise in her field. Same with her staff , Kristen, she exhibited professionalism and being friendly. She was so efficient during that time that I needed to talk to Dr. Meyers.

Dr. Steele just found an issue with my vision that someone could have easily overlooked. How? He asked questions and dug a little deeper than the average optometrist. Consequently, I received a referral to a specialist instead of just getting a new prescription. Yes, it sucks that I'm getting older and changes are taking place but I really couldn't be happier with his services!
Unfortunately, my exam required a bit more time than allotted. My apologies to the person who had to wait but these things happen. In my opinion, it is far better to go to an optometrist who wants to get it right instead of one who is simply handing out prescriptions.”

I originally had my consultation in St. Louis, but because of my schedule it was much easier to have the procedure done in Atlanta and then complete my follow-up care back in St. Louis. The team coordinated everything seamlessly between both locations. I simply showed up for each appointment, and the entire process was effortless.. no scheduling issues, no confusion, and no hiccups.
