The staff at Crain always go out of their way to make sure my dog is seen when he is sick. They never tell me sorry, try later in the week. They always get my dog in the same day when he is really sick. I really appreciate that. In addition, my favorite Vet, Amanda, is super caring and kind, and a wonderful listener. I feel so comfortable with her. She has the absolute best bedside manner. Thank you, Amanda for everything you’ve done for Rover.
If your pets health is declining don't spend money on treatment here. Your animal will die along with your wallet. They did an excellent job spaying my dog and keeping her up to date on Vaccines. However, when I brought my Cat in for liver problems I wish they would've been upfront and honest with me about expectations and quality of life moving forward before discussing treatment plans and financing options. $850 later and I may have to put him down anyways. I got another vets opinion. They would've charged me $200 for the same procedures, scans, and medications except they gave me even more medication than here!!! The care that they give your pet seems good, but they are pricey compared to some others. Make sure you are watching everything are the cost will be through the roof before you know it. But other than that they do give your pet good care and the staff is very friendly. I love my cat very much, Crain was able to get me in same day for my sick kitty. So that to me was definitely worth paying the higher price.
