“A.J. is wonderful: the kind of service person you dream of, that there just aren't many of anymore. He did a great, prompt job fixing our oven last year and when I reached out about our failing fridge on a Sunday night he texted back and forth with me, diagnosing the problem, until we agreed that we just needed to buy a new one.
He could have come out for a diagnostic in a few days, and charged me, fairly, but he didn't. Just a real stand-up guy who knows his stuff and is good at his job.”

“The technician went the extra mile to adapt the A/C installation to a poorly designed air flow furnace setup.
A call back was needed to address a funny noise coming from the compressor.”
