“Tech fixed my dryer and I now have a working unit. However, this was the second time that I had to have a part(s) replaced, costing nearly 400.00 in the past 2 1/2 months. First, it was the thermostat. Now, it was the heating element and a round disc that was rusted and not turning properly.“

“I didn't know if I would ever use this, but I did. My furnace stopped working on a thursday. Called right away at 7am. Dude that helped me on the phone wasn't the nicest. But KB service called me back about an hour and a half later and got someone over later that afternoon. Sean came. He was awesome. Figured out what was wrong with it. They needed to order part and told me Monday. I went and got some space heaters and waited the 3 days. On Monday kb service called me back, and said they were sending ado out. Again. He was super awesome as well and got my furnace up and running! Not sure if I should be leaving review for homesmart or kb.“
