A.J. is wonderful: the kind of service person you dream of, that there just aren't many of anymore. He did a great, prompt job fixing our oven last year and when I reached out about our failing fridge on a Sunday night he texted back and forth with me, diagnosing the problem, until we agreed that we just needed to buy a new one.
He could have come out for a diagnostic in a few days, and charged me, fairly, but he didn't. Just a real stand-up guy who knows his stuff and is good at his job.
I submitted a very vague, 5 word inquiry on the Elevate website after our washing machine started leaking and within 1 hour AJ emailed me back with his suspected diagnosis (which was correct!) and provided a thorough plan for a prompt fix.
During the repair, it was clear he knew exactly what he was doing and he seemed to really take pride in his work (he went above and beyond to clean up the exterior of our washing machine and dryer).
He was patient with my many questions and taught me several things I didn’t know about my washing machine. I was really impressed with how nice and communicative he was

AJ with Elevate Appliance is superb. Super personable AND available. Both times we had a problem with our dishwasher he was able to come by quickly. His work is thorough and he stands by it. We just bought our house in the last year and honestly I feel so much relief knowing I can count on AJ if anything else goes wrong.
