AJ at Elevate provides fantastic service, and was super knowledgeable about my oven repair. He was flexible with scheduling and put in the time to research and troubleshoot prior to the maintenance visit. Found our new local appliance repair shop!

Just had AJ over to help with our dishwasher that was leaking. He was able to come out the day after we called and had us quickly back up and running. AJ is a clear communicator and was happy to show us through the process so that we can make the repair ourselves if it ever acts up again. He was great with the pets in the apartment, and he took extra care to clean our filter and the dishwasher itself.

Had a great experience with AJ. He communicated clearly, was able to get out the next day, and walked me through what was wrong with my washing machine and gave a couple of options to solve the issue. Really great experience - I would give my full recommendation!
