They had installed it according to Hardy's instructions, but Hardy updated the method of installation because of this issue. Craftsman's choice stuck to thier word and honored thier warranty. They came out and fixed it for me! This is a company with integrity that you just don't find anymore!“
“Perfect Exteriors has been beyond great to work with. Our new roof was done quickly and beautifully. Our insurance company was difficult to work with on our siding replacement though. Perfect Exteriors did ALL the leg work of negotiating the siding. I had to send one email that they drafted for me to my adjuster. Our Perfect Exteriors contractor, David, then negotiated and followed up for weeks (my insurance never replied when they said they would) to negotiate from the one side of our house that insurance wanted to cover to ALL of our siding being replaced with a better product than we had originally with no additional cost to us. The picture is before siding was done but I couldn't wait to write the review. I was so blown away by the effort they put in to negotiate the best possible outcome for us.“
