Perfect Exteriors has been beyond great to work with. Our new roof was done quickly and beautifully. Our insurance company was difficult to work with on our siding replacement though. Perfect Exteriors did ALL the leg work of negotiating the siding. I had to send one email that they drafted for me to my adjuster. Our Perfect Exteriors contractor, David, then negotiated and followed up for weeks (my insurance never replied when they said they would) to negotiate from the one side of our house that insurance wanted to cover to ALL of our siding being replaced with a better product than we had originally with no additional cost to us. We had a wonderful experience working with Perfect Exteriors of Minnesota for replacing our roof, gutters, and downspouts.After going through an entire summer where dozens of different roofers randomly knocked on our door and annoyed us almost every week, we decided to search for a reputable roofing company online instead. We were lucky enough to find Perfect Exteriors online due to their awesome ratings. They didn’t disappoint! We worked with Derek from start to finish and he was an awesome representative for Perfect Exteriors. Extremely professional, very responsive, never pushy, and helped make our process easy. We worked through insurance which at times, was difficult, but the Perfect Exteriors team all around helped us navigate that process and were champions for us with our claim. The roof and our new gutters look fantastic and we could not be more thrilled that we worked with Perfect Exteriors!!
