I was getting my fathers condo ready to sell after my father passed recently that he lived in 30 years. I knew that there would be a chance I would have to replace the carpet due to all the stains and years of wear. I looked at most of the companies reviews and I read that Cleanstarr was close to a perfect 5 star in the reviews.. So I called Mark Wilson owner of the company and asked for an approximate charge and it was right on plus tax and no hidden charges. He text me the approximate time he would be here and he arrived on time. We had some very dirty steps leading into my basement and Mark did an absolutely wonderful job on them. He also cleaned a couch and chair that the grandchildren had spilled food on which turned out so well. We will definitely use Cleanstar Carpet Cleaning again.

Cleanstarr Carpet Cleaning is a great company. Mark explained everything about the process and gave me some wonderful tips to make it easier for me take care of accidental spots that might occur in the future. We had a sick dog and tried to clean the spots ourselves where she had accidents on the carpet. Plus the regular traffic areas showing dirt from everyone walking through the area made it extra tough. After Mark cleaned the carpet it looked like new again. I have dealt with several carpet cleaning companies in the past and could only say that I really liked one or two of them. I put Cleanstarr at the top of the heap… Highly recommend!
