“One of the benefits of being President of a small HOA is hearing all the complaints. But, occasionally I receive compliments for a job well done. That was the case this week with our first experience with our new hire of Barrett Lawn Care. They sent a crew out to finish fall cleanup that our previous service, Outdoor Images, decided they were done with on Oct. 19. I would not recommend them for a lawn/snow service! Back to Barrett, many of our homeowners told me they were extremely happy with the work the crew did. All of them were working hard, paid attention to details, and acted like they were clearing the leaves in their own yard. We couldn't be happier.“

“This company is fantastic. I need an early spring cleanup and I happened to find their website. I put in my request and very promptly got a call and then shortly after an estimate on their website which was competitive and acceptable. A full crew showed up and made short work of the cleanup not missing a detail. I got the opportunity to meet the owner who supervised the crew. He’s super nice, knowledgeable and professional. “We had Giving Treen Gardens come out for a garden consultation this spring. I was hopeful that my husband would consider changing to a non-toxic approach to lawn care. We also had a tree we were concerned with, wanted some idea on how to build a better bird habitat, and wanted less maintenance in general. They helped us feel empowered! So much wonderful education. They are clearly knowledgeable and passionate about their work! Now it's August, we are lawn chemical free and it's still looks great! And we have an affordable 3 year plan to build upon. “We had part of our neighbors cottonwood come down on our property. Chris from Edina seasonal services was out to our property day of incident. He kept us informed of when clean up would happen and also the trimming of cottonwood. Super friendly knowledgeable and got the job done making our backyard safe again. We can’t speak highly enough about not only the job the entire crew did but how nice they left our property. I think it was actually cleaner when they left than it had been before the tree part came down. Absolutely would use them again . Five plus stars“

“I've always been so proud of my landscaping, but 2023 was a tough year on my yard. My focal tree in the front yard died, and both the back and front yards were a mess of trenches and overgrown weeds after projects completed by other contractors. After 20 years, it was time for a complete makeover and Collin and Suburban Landscaping delivered! I had a plan drawn up by a designer, and after a brief meeting with Collin, he ordered all of the material, made some EXCELLENT suggestions for boulder changes that complemented our home exterior, and in only two days, our entire landscape was transformed. I literally had a lump in my throat after seeing the change. MIGHT have wiped a tear from my eye, even. The workmanship was exceptional-and I mean buckthorn taken out at the root, large boulders relocated and plants/shrubbery carefully installed. Not only is Collin responsive and knowledgeable, his employees were so kind and definitely share his customer service mentality.Out of habit, I'd used the same person to maintain my landscape the last ten years. I realize now, I was being overcharged and underserved. Switching to Suburban Landscaping was a smart move financially and for the health of my yard.“
