Paul the optician was kind and didn’t try to upsell, just explained the options and costs. I’ve been going here for years and they are always kind and professional.“

The sales lady came back with a generous selection of cat eye frames where I got to pick the winner which I was very pleased with. Next I had to get my eyes checked and it was such a throughout examination that I felt was very professional and in depth. Finally, when it was time to leave I was generously offered sweet amenities like a fresh red roses to bring home, fresh baked cookies, and various candies for the ride home. I felt like I was in a 5-star salon, thats how well I was treated. I will definitely be coming back year after year! The customer service is fit for a queen!“
