I saw Dr. Krietlow for my annual vision and glaucoma screening. Last year, he prescribed eye drops due to optic nerve damage and increased pressure in one eye. This exam reflected that his treatment is working and apparently keeping the glaucoma in check. Sean, the technician that performed the preliminary tests, is very efficient and able to explain basic facts about the tests. Dr. Krietlow has had the same office staff for about 15 years (Kelly and Christine), and they are very good at their jobs. I have been seeing Dr. Krietlow for many years. The guy in the main room we talked to (one with the heart tattoo on his neck), was super helpful and friendly. Absolutely 12/10, made our otherwise stressful day that much better.

I was greeted immediately as I walked in the door and personally taken to the admin desk . A quick check in and I was escorted to receive a preliminary exam by an eye tech. He explained everything I was about to experience at my appointment . Immediately escorted to the exam room. A small wait for the Doctor , who made me comfortable. Again explained what he was going to do . I received a full exam, explained his findings . And gave me a prescription for glasses . A great experience over all . Thank You . See next year !
