“I have worn glasses and contacts since I was 10 years old. Within the last few months, I decided that I wanted to get Lasik. I wish I would have done it sooner, especially after the amazing experience I had at LasikPlus! From start to finish, the staff were incredibly welcoming and very helpful. I asked the doctor, who initially checked my eyes, a lot of questions and concerns I had about getting the procedure done. She reassured me that what I was asking was a normal part of the process. As for the day of the procedure, I was really nervous but excited. The doctor who did the procedure and the rest of the staff were very nice. The surgery was quick and wasn't painful at all. Immediately after, it felt like I had opened my eyes under water and things were a little blurry. They gave me some sunglasses to wear after. When I got home, sleeping was the best recommendation because my eyes were burning, almost as if I had gotten shampoo or hot sauce in them. When I woke up, my vision was clear and I immediately started using the eye drops. Overall, I am so happy with my decision to get Lasik and I really appreciate how easy and simple the process was at LasikPlus.“

“Amy, the associate we worked with at the Mall of America, was fantastic! A group of 4 of us came in for glasses, and she was kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and made the process so much easier for us! She helped me quickly narrow down options that would work with my narrow bridge, really listened to our wants and picked out great personalized frames for us to try on, she gave us her opinion when we asked for it and was fun to work with! She kept our crazy table of options tidy as we ruled frames out. The store was clean and welcoming, other associates all friendly and helpful, and they had a great selection of frames. Great prices too. Amy made it a standout experience however. I will absolutely be back!“

“I recently had an issue with a contact lenses order for my child at Cornea contact edina location. We picked up the lenses 5 months later than initially planned, and unfortunately, when we opened the box at home, we found that the lenses were dried out.I must commend the clinic for their outstanding customer service and prompt resolution of the issue. Upon contacting them about the problem, discuss the soaking hard contact in the liquid. They try to come up solution for a future solution by checking the long time unpicked up contact lense if this type incident occurs. A day later, they texted me and provided a brand new set of contact lenses, what a pleasant surprised. The staff was understanding, empathetic, and took swift action to rectify the situation.I truly appreciate their commitment to customer satisfaction and their willingness to go above and beyond to ensure a positive experience. Mistakes happen, but it's how they are handled that sets businesses apart.
