Elizabeth was awesome and gave me a lot of great frame options to try on. The variety of frames was impressive for a guy who has a big head like me, because most other stores had only a handful of frames that even fit.
On top of that, the only cost was the lens! The cash price after taxes was about $100 for a complete pair of glasses.

I stopped into Warby Parker at Rosedale mall, on 8/2/26 with the arm on my glasses completely broken! Elizabeth worked extremely hard to fix them and did the best she could to make me whole! Rosedale Center Warby Parker was well staffed when I got there on a Saturday afternoon. This particular store lacks the shelves of books and brand promotion that I've seen in the past, and it reminded me of my first experience shopping with WP in NYC back in 2012? I've been wearing WP glasses exclusively since then. the staff greeted me promptly and Anabelle understood what I was doing.... puppy had scratched up my favorites!
