Dr. Hein is personable, thorough and direct. He spend ample time to get your questions answered, educating you as he explains his findings. Especially love the engaging support staff!

It was good experience, thank you for all you do to help the patients with improving your services. While they have concern, questions with their health issues to be received upon arrived with helpful receptionist being helpful, with warm and sincere welcome and gentleness.
And have a capable physician to diagnose the problem and take the time to explain what is going on. And receive his diagnoses in printed when I requested it.

I moved a few years ago and had to find a new clinic; I love everything about the Grand Avenue clinic! Dr. Poulsen and her staff are wonderful! I have been very happy with St. Paul Eye Clinic(s) for almost 35 years!! ?
