I was incredibly indecisive today while picking out new glasses and spent at least 45 minutes trying on and comparing frames, and the ladies working were so patient and kind, giving me honest opinions when I asked but never making me feel rushed or like they were annoyed by me taking so long. “I first walked in last Friday thinking that possibly they would be able to do a walk-in, but they don’t do that. So I looked over their glasses selection found a pair I liked and then put in my information and got an appointment scheduled.

Today when I walked in, everything was easy and went very well. I’m a type two diabetic and they were able to help check me for eye issues for that. I think the whole situation probably only took about 45 minutes.

The only thing I can say bad about them is that the intake form that I filled out online wasn’t necessarily working well when it came to taking my insurance card. But other than that, the staff was wonderful and the whole overall look of the office was nice and immaculate.“

I have been going here for over 30 years now, i trust them that much. The opticians too are so helpful, patient and i have no problems trusting them to make things right. I recommend this clinic.“

“I’ve been visiting this office for a few years for annual exam which proceeds fairly typically. Dr Cleary seems great, lab equipment seems up to date etc. What seems to be a problem in admin. Scheduling has been botched at times. And billing too. For example. My last appointment was 6/11/2025. All went well and was settled. Then a very scammy message showed up six months later. It’s claiming there’s an outstanding bill. You know…I have a mailbox. And I’m sure not clicking on links in scammy looking messages.

An in office visit today to check on the bill revealed it was $2.04 tax they weren’t sure if they were supposed to collect last year. Resolved maybe. ⭐️⭐️⭐️➡️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“I had an eye exam and bought 2 pairs of glasses. My experience was fantastic. Jonaya helped me with the glasses and was very nice, helpful, and patient while I looked for the right frames. When I picked them up she adjusted them to fit perfectly. Overall, I was very pleased with the staff and Dr Lee. I will definitely go back there and will have my family go as well.“

“Been coming here for years. The eye exam was quick and thorough. I've always gotten my glasses from them because they take the time to fit the glasses properly, and to be frank, I have no idea what frames to pick out. I've gotten really good advice each time. My previous pair of glasses I managed to bend the metal frames a bit, and they were able fix them on the spot.
No guarantees that everything can be fixed on the spot, but there's always someone there that you can talk to right away. Strong recommendations for Family Eye clinic.“

“I have gotten my boys’ glasses and my glasses at least 3 or 4 years. Both Chan and Luda have been there the whole time and know what they are doing. Luda has fixed my boys glasses a few times at the beginning of those years without charge and helped with frame replacement under warranty. I got a lot of compliments on both my $20ish and $80ish frames. I love being able to get a pair of glasses for under $250.“
