“I came to Elton Optical, eye care center inside of Target, Savage, MN as a new patient expecting a routine eye exam. I first met with Mary. She was delightful and had a sense of humor I definitely appreciated.After my paper work was complete, I waited no more than 3 minutes before Dr. Reyes called me in. He was cordial, professional and attentive.After all my tests and the fact that I couldn't see nearly what I should be able to, he took the time to explain to me what was wrong with my vision.He informed me that I had high pressure behind my eyes, as well as cataracts which could cause the pressure, and he set up a referral for the removal of my cataracts.He also went through the entire fitting and examination so that I could keep driving until I could have surgery. He went the extra 10 miles to make sure I was taken care of.He was able to fit me with a pair of contacts that opened up my whole world. That extra effort allowed me to see exactly what I had been missing.Before leaving his office, and me being able to see better than I have in years, he looked at me and said, "We will not let you down."I went back to see Mary who helped me with a pair of cheaters, and found a pair that didn't look like they belonged to Ward Cleaver.Finally I would like to add, if you are looking for a place that cares about you as a person, no matter what your needs are or needs you didn't even know you had, this place is for everyone.Finally, Dr. Reyes, has to be the only Optician you or your family will ever need.“

“I had my annual routine eye exam done. Dr. Schorn was very pleasant and explained everything he was looking at/for with my eye procedures. I learned a few things too! Best thing was NO DILATED EYES to have to contend with the rest of the day. No pressure about glasses and purchasing there (though they have an awesome looking selection). My prescription didn't change enough to warrant new glasses. I received my updated prescription before I left for future, if needed.All in all, great experience and location. Nice atmosphere. Will definitely be returning!“

“Amy, the associate we worked with at the Mall of America, was fantastic! A group of 4 of us came in for glasses, and she was kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and made the process so much easier for us! She helped me quickly narrow down options that would work with my narrow bridge, really listened to our wants and picked out great personalized frames for us to try on, she gave us her opinion when we asked for it and was fun to work with! She kept our crazy table of options tidy as we ruled frames out. The store was clean and welcoming, other associates all friendly and helpful, and they had a great selection of frames. Great prices too. Amy made it a standout experience however. I will absolutely be back!“

“Went in to browse at Sun Glasses and was greeted by with great customer service by Diana. Diana noticed my sun glasses and commented on how I liked my Ray Bands and let her know how they were hurting my head so was thinking of getting a different pair. She told me put my pair on and noticed they were not adjusted properly and proceeded to adjust them, which did the trick. Although I did not buy a pair this visit, I'll for sure return back to this store because of the friendly employee who did not push to sell but truly was friendly wanted to help.“

“I've been coming to this office for yeaaaars....best place hands down. Everyone I have seen over the years have just been amazing. When i thought this place couldn't get any better I get an appointment with someone new....Dr. Langer. And it was an office visit that just altered my life.She may have saved me from losing my vision. Think about that. One person may have prevented me from being basically blind. Thats so huge. Life altering.I just went on referral to be examined at an opthemologist becuase she being a very thorough doctor thought to look for something no one else ever had...based on my medical history and the fact that she just listened to me.She took the time to do a little extra work...and thought i might have Keratoconus. And here i am today being told i won the lottery having it found so early(beginning stages) I could have easily gone undiagnosed for years and lost most of my vision before someone caught it. Infact..my opthemologist gave great words on her catching it .....calling her very ASTUTE and obviously i agree whole heartedly. He said most people find out when they are almost blind(too late) or by pure luck...and thanks to medical advancement i can actually be treated BEFORE I LOSE MY VISION!Thank you so so much!I owe you guys more than you know!*edit* I got so wrapped up in the awesomeness I forgot to mention the amazing optical tech. I feel so bad I didn't get his name but he was so attentive and helped me not get 1 but 2 PAIRS OF NEW GLASSES for me and my daughters very first pair! So excited...waiting for the call to pick them up! Top rate staff!“
