I had contacts ordered earlier this year and Amy did a fabulous job taking care of some glitches along the way. I went back because of this care again for glasses and received the same great care and service by Amy and her manager Dawn Zinniel.
A simple adjustment for my dad’s new glasses turned into a friendly exchange of kindness and connection. Dawn’s customer care exceeded the expectations and will bring us back to this location! Thank you!
Amy with Lakeville Optical was great during my recent visit. She was very helpful and knowledgeable as she walked me through my lens options. She also offered helpful opinions on frame sizes and styles to help me find the best fit for my preferences.
