I love coming to the Burnsville vision center! They always have great customer service and it’s a pleasure talking to them! I believe she’s the manager, Shalita was very helpful. She got me everything I needed! There was also two other gentle men there, they were very friendly! It believe their name was Justin and zack? Neways come by and get your exam here at the friendly Burnsville vision center!!

I go shopping at this location and use the optical department to get my glasses. This trip I had Sha’Leyta help me. She has been giving me the BEST customer service I’ve experienced at any Walmart. She toots her time to make sure that my glasses fit correctly and explained to me how the different lenses work. When I went to pick them up she didn’t just hand me my glasses, she went further to make sure the lenses were correct. She even hunted me down in the store to fit me for the second pair that I purchased. She is just a pleasant person and shows the perfect example of customer service.
