My almost 14 year old needed glasses - reluctantly- and from the second we walked in the store it was the most enjoyable experience possible. The sales associate made it so easy, fun and successful. I was prepared to try on and have nothing work and walk out without ordering but instead she left with 2 pairs ofGlasses she was EXCITED about. Your store associates in Edina were THE BEST!

Wonderful experience at Warby Parker both at the MOA as well as the Galleria location. Love their frames. Great selection. All frames are unisex which is good to know when browsing. Didn’t feel as though the associate was trying to upsell me on any features. Easy to order. My order arrived way before the date that I was original quoted. Very pleasantly surprised! Exchanging frames/glasses after receiving mine was very straight forward and easy. Wanted a wide instead of a medium frame. No questions asked. Associates were helpful. Friendly. And not overwhelming. Felt like I had the space to browse on my own but they were there when I had questions.

I was thoroughly impressed with the overall process. I spent less than one hour at the store, but I was able to book an appointment, have the appointment, get a prescription, and order glasses all within that time. Great customer service.
