Had a very pleasant experience this morning with all personnel in the vision center. I especially want to commend the professional and caring manor of Lua, the manager. I’m an 85 year old man with difficulty hearing. She was fantastic and I appreciated her emensily.
Honestly, I didn't come to Walmart because of a high expectation of client service, but rather for the warranty (elementary boy- high likelihood of breaking glasses). Came in for said broken glasses 3 months later, and Tammy's customer service was above and beyond to get us new frames today. She called other Walmart locations and influenced them to help us when there was some resistance. She even called us later to ensure our experience at the other location went okay! I wasn't expecting same day frames, but Tammy made sure my son can see properly without delay! She is a dedicated professional.
Fantastic service here! The two lady receptionists were great and the doctor was very kind, patient and understanding. My first time ever going to Walmart for my eye care and will definitely be back. Great experience! Thank you, all three of you!
