Amy, the associate we worked with at the Mall of America, was fantastic! A group of 4 of us came in for glasses, and she was kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and made the process so much easier for us! She helped me quickly narrow down options that would work with my narrow bridge, really listened to our wants and picked out great personalized frames for us to try on, she gave us her opinion when we asked for it and was fun to work with! She kept our crazy table of options tidy as we ruled frames out. The store was clean and welcoming, other associates all friendly and helpful, and they had a great selection of frames. I went for an eye exam, and new glasses and was highly impressed. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the pricing is great. I have had glasses for close to 25 years, and have been to many different places for exams and glasses and this was one of the best experiences. I was greeted by a man named Vince who helped me pick out glasses. He was awesome, and so was the lady that did the exam. I used the virtually assisted exam which was no big deal. I'd highly recommend this store. This was my first experience with the company. I'll be back.

I walked into the store, showed Kevin the list of frames I'd hearted in the app, and he immediately pulled all of them from the shelf. I tried them on, chose two, and I was done with the transaction in less than 10 minutes. Both pairs with high index lenses and all the bells and whistles added up to less than half of one pair at other stores. Seriously, the best eye glass buying experience I've ever had. Thanks, Kevin!
