“Reliable, professional, easy to schedule and work with. We have had North Tech maintain our sprinklers for 8 years now and they always deliver. Their website, billing system and new features - like sending text updates on when to expect your technician or to confirm / cancel upcoming appointments - are super helpful. Highly recommend these guys!”

“We had a very unique and difficult hardscape project due to terrain and access or lack there of.. As a result, it was going to be a particularly expensive project so we got bids from a variety of companies. We were very torn because we were so impressed with River Heights. The owner, Nick, in particular was so attentive and professional. It was evident how much care and pride the company gave to their work and how much they value their customers. However, in the end, we made the mistake of taking what we thought was a lower bid but was only false promises and hot air. The final amount soared over what we were quoted without any apology or understandable explanation. Ultimately, we fired the company and finished with an independent contractor. I am leaving this review as a cautionary tale and to promote a company that stands by their word.”
