We had a very unique and difficult hardscape project due to terrain and access or lack there of.. As a result, it was going to be a particularly expensive project so we got bids from a variety of companies. We were very torn because we were so impressed with River Heights. The owner, Nick, in particular was so attentive and professional. It was evident how much care and pride the company gave to their work and how much they value their customers. However, in the end, we made the mistake of taking what we thought was a lower bid but was only false promises and hot air. Working with RHOS was a fantastic experience. They adhered to the schedule and delivered high-quality work on the patio design and installation. The installation team—Eulogio, Francisco, and Jesus—was incredibly meticulous, ensuring the pavers were perfectly leveled, aligned, and graded. They also handled the yard leveling and sod installation with precision, and the irrigation system setup went smoothly as well.
