“There are truly not enough words to express how amazing they are. Dr. Hedges saved my childhood dog many years ago and has now been working incredibly closely to help my current dog. I moved and got dogs but didn't use brighton as they were further, and I was a kid when we used them before. I still live far away but I'm moving all my dogs over and wish I would've long ago. I've never dealt with a clinic that gives such great care as well and truly seem to care about every patient. When I go there, it doesn't feel like it's just a job to them, it feels like they enjoy being there and helping animals. I love it!”

“What a caring, knowledgeable and practical group! We've been coming the Hopkins Pet Hospital since moving nearby 8 years ago. They have done a great job on everything from routine teeth cleaning and vaccinations to helping us with our aging pup with mobility issues. From the front desk team, technicians and vets we've seen there over the years - they have always provided unbelievable service. We love working with them.”

“First visit. Vibe felt off when I got there and I was a bit reluctant as I left my dog. No staff at the front desk and the Staff in the grooming area just stared at me while continuing to talk on the phone for a good 3-4 minutes. Not long, I know but just weird that there didn’t appear to be anyone willing to come speak with a customer. Someone eventually came out to check us in. Never introduced themselves. Not sure I had high hopes but the grooming was good and my dog seemed happy.”
“I am so happy that I found such an amazing place to bring my cat for grooming. Kerry did a wonderful job calming down my anxious cat and Max looked incredible after his bath. A week later I needed to bring Max back for a sanitary shave and not only did Kerry do a great job but she also worked us in for a same day appointment. She definitely deserves 5 stars!”

“Wow I should have started taking my dog here much sooner! Nail trimming at home had been a weekly 20+ minute ordeal with our 4 year old Boston terrier. We were in, and out in less than 10 minutes and she did great! They really have it down to a system and do a great job handling the dogs. We will be coming back more often! 🐶❤🐾”

They have shampoo and conditioner available, as well as better scents and moisturizing, for example, for sale behind the counter.<br><br>There is a over the neck leash to keep the dog in the tub, which is a few feet off the ground so you don't have to hunch over much. Down the hall are two large blow dryers for you to dry your dog off after.<br><br>They also do full grooming and have other services available on their website. You do not need an appointment to give your dog a bath yourself.”

My toy poodle tends to get matted quickly and she has always been able to get them out without shaving her extremely short. She handles dog with anxiety very well.
