“Our puppy trainer recommended Fusion and we've been taking our dogs there for more than a year. They are WONDERFUL. Our trainer recommended them because the staff here are all very knowledgeable about dog behavior and best practices for managing dog behavior. So I know the work I'm doing with them at home will be continued at daycare. They do a nice job of giving the dogs play time and break time -- on hot days the pool comes out, on rainy days, they can play inside. The facility itself is nice, modern and clean. Everyone who works here is friendly and extremely competent managing dogs. I get a great report card every day my dogs are at daycare (extra charge) so I can see what their day was like. We've also participated in the training program, which Fusion has recently expanded. We put our puppy through Basic Manners and our older dog through "reactive behavior" training. Both classes were excellent. The instructors are great and really focus on answering your questions and helping you/your dog. I really love their training programs and they are really pretty reasonable price-wise for what you get. We've used the grooming services, which is just an extra bonus because we can get that taken care of while they are at daycare. I have never boarded them overnight here, but otherwise can recommend just about any and all services from Fusion.“

My dog is skittish and sensitive, and from the very beginning, they took the time to truly know him - not rush him, not force him, but meet him exactly where he was.

What sets this groomer apart is the genuine compassion and care that comes from every single person on the team. Each staff member is an absolute blessing and truly a diamond in the ruff. They build trust with both dog and owner, communicate with honesty and kindness, and treat every dog as an individual, not a task to get through. You can feel how much they care, and that kind of tenderness is rare.

I want them to have all the business in the world so more dogs can experience this level of patience and love… even though a small part of me wants to keep them all to myself, lol. If you’ve ever worried about how your dog would handle grooming, or felt anxious handing them over, this is the place that will put your heart at ease. I am endlessly grateful for the relationship they’ve built with my dog and for the care they’ve shown us over the years.“
