Brought my 2 King Charles and it was the most positive experience start to finish. Heidi has the sweetest personality and my dogs were welcomed in and got to sniff around and meet others while I checked in. Heidi did a fabulous job on my skittish dog and said she would work through some of his fears of blow dryer. Im so thankful to have found this wonderful groomer. When I picked them up they looked like a million bucks with their fresh cuts and bandanas!
