While they arrived later than scheduled, there is a note they text that states they may or may not be on time, but will text when on their way.
They did text and arrived when they said they would. I was worried that arriving late meant they might try and rush things.
The previous groomer I had claimed he didn’t mind getting his nails cut and the whole process would take 5-7 minutes. They also barely cut them and I constantly had to take him in.

We absolutely love Emma and have been taking our dog to Pet Evolution in St. Louis Park for about a year now. Every visit has been a wonderful experience. Emma is incredibly kind, attentive, and always understands exactly what we’re looking for. Our dog looks beautiful after every grooming appointment. Our dog is also very shy and gets scared easily, so we especially appreciate how patient, gentle, and thoughtful Emma is with her.
My cat does not like getting his nails done, so the mobile van pulled up she got out took the crate in and within 10 minutes she said all done. I couldn't believe it. It was a great experience!!
