First visit. Vibe felt off when I got there and I was a bit reluctant as I left my dog. No staff at the front desk and the Staff in the grooming area just stared at me while continuing to talk on the phone for a good 3-4 minutes. Not long, I know but just weird that there didn’t appear to be anyone willing to come speak with a customer. Someone eventually came out to check us in. Never introduced themselves. Not sure I had high hopes but the grooming was good and my dog seemed happy.
They were so welcoming to my foster dog! He is afraid of strangers but they did an incredible job making him feel safe while trimming & filing his nails. I felt confident and comfortable trusting in their providers to ensure he had a good experience, as this is a new thing for him. They said he did great and he was wagging his tail when he came out from the grooming area. Thank you SLP Pet Evolution!
I brought my three pups here for a nail trim & they were great with all three! Each of our pups have completely different personalities & they were great with each one of them. We’re happy with their service & will definitely come back.
