“To put it simply, all the staff at the Rum River Vet Clinic care. They are some of the most compassionate, knowledgeable, and empathetic people we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Our cat, Sadie has a chronic illness and bad luck - something always seems to come up, but the veterinary team, are beyond helpful and supportive. Every aspect of our experiences at this clinic have been exceptional. The front desk staff are always warm and inviting, the vet techs are caring and competent. Dr. Angle and Dr. Kuebelbeck (the two veterinarians we’ve had the most contact with) are phenomenal! Not once have we felt rushed during a visit or when calling for advice. We always feel like our pet’s concerns are heard, validated, and addressed fully. The whole clinic team has repeatedly gone above and beyond to provide the highest quality care to us and our pet, Sadie. We are very lucky our community has this clinic!
