“It’s Aug 11, 2025 at 1:30 pm. I was in the lobby waiting for my wife’s appointment to conclude and sitting right in front of the check-in desk. I couldn’t help but overhear the interaction between the attendant and the patients who were checking in using the tablets. Some were struggling with the process and others weren’t. The attendant was very professional and patient with everyone. She should be commended for the excellent communication skills she used. I also overheard her name: it is Noel!“
