It’s Aug 11, 2025 at 1:30 pm. I was in the lobby waiting for my wife’s appointment to conclude and sitting right in front of the check-in desk. I couldn’t help but overhear the interaction between the attendant and the patients who were checking in using the tablets. Some were struggling with the process and others weren’t. The attendant was very professional and patient with everyone. She should be commended for the excellent communication skills she used. I also overheard her name: it is Noel!
I was getting a covid booster for a 1:05 appointment. I only waited 5 minutes to see the nurse who was administering the shot. I didn't feel a thing when injected. I was given a covid info sheet and a printout of all my vaccinations.
I go there for my Opthalmology needs. The staff were always friendly and courteous and the optical shop employees were honest when picking out frames that best suited my face frame. Only downfall is the wait time to get glasses in is around a MONTH! And booking an appointment was quite a wait too, over a month so it took a couple months to get my glasses but all in all I trust Mayo for all my medical needs so it was worth the wait.
