Called to ask if my glasses were in. Rude, attitude response. "I've called everyone" I get another shipment tomorrow . Said as if I was bothering her ...what's your name nope not here ...........sorry to have bothered you-dont have a spare pair and you said they would be 10 days-its been 14+, I think I'm entitled to enquire......should have went to pearl vision xz at least they are respectful...

Excellent service! With the sales they have you can get deals similar to online pricing. The staff is knowledgeable and experienced. You can’t go wrong. Just a hint - they are closed on Sundays, might be closed for lunch, and do not offer eye exams.

The optician expert Ronelle I dealt with was not that friendly. Upon arriving, she looked extremely bored and greeted me with a monotone and dreary "how can I help you?" I know these folks are probably underpaid but "service with a smile" would be appreciated. I also heard her speak rather rudely to customer on the phone while I was browsing frames. At that point, I just beat feet and got the hell out of there. I also wasn't impressed with the JCP frame selection. I will stick to Spectacle Shoppe or Pearle.
