“I had been having vision issues that began with my pregnancy. I came to Crystal Vision Clinic at the suggestion of a friend and I am so glad I did. The facility itself is beautiful, welcoming, and clean. Everyone I spoke to greeted me with a smile. The technician (I'm sorry I forgot her name!) was friendly and explained the tests she was performing so I understood the process. Dr. Endres was so professional and personable. I was educated about every step of my exam and even got to see images of my retina! I didn't feel rushed at all and he really took the time to explain his findings and to answer all my questions. Kimberly helped me pick out my frames and suggested enhancements to prevent breakage (which is a necessity with a 9 month old!). All in all a 10/10 experience, I highly recommend Crystal Vision Clinic!“

I used to work in downtown Mpls so it was a snap visiting them on the skyway. Now I work from home but it is still worth a trip in to see them (parking at Lasalle Plaza is free with a voucher they give you).“

I called Plymouth Vision myself. The other receptionist was also so kind and helpful. Dr. Herman got on the phone and not only helped me to help her but offered to call her at school. When she didn’t answer (because she was still a bit overwhelmed) he called back AGAIN. What kind of doctor is that diligent and compassionate?!? She’s calmed down, relieved, and has a plan now.“
