West Metro Ophthalmology provides excellent care and service to its patients. This group of professionals are in a class all their own, described as prompt, courteous, and simply the best. The doctors, like Dr. Grosser, are amazing and professional, ensuring patients feel comfortable and informed. My appointment was at 3:15 pm and I didn’t see the Dr. until 4;43 pm. I know he was rushed, I was in the office a total of between 4-5 minutes, because at 4:48 he was out the door and I asked if I was done and he said “yes”and he was on his way to see the next patient. They really shouldn’t have such a tight schedule so a little more time could be spent with a patient. As the Dr was going out of the room he said they will call me to schedule laser surgery.
I would have liked to ask a few questions, but it seemed like there wasn’t time.
They are on time or early getting me started on my eye exam. They explain what they are doing and why. Dr Rossow is prompt and thorough with her exam and explains what I can do to help my eye health.
I have been seeing Dr. Angela Oster for at least 10 years. I cannot say enough good things about her. She is knowledgeable, resourceful, kind, empathetic and everything else a doctor should be.
