West Metro Ophthalmology provides excellent care and service to its patients. This group of professionals are in a class all their own, described as prompt, courteous, and simply the best. Patients feel reassured by the staff, who take the time to explain procedures and address any concerns. The doctors, like Dr. Grosser, are amazing and professional, ensuring patients feel comfortable and informed. Many reviews highlight the quick appointment scheduling with hardly any wait and the thorough, compassionate treatment received. Patients are excited for their healthy eyes and recommend this clinic for all ophthalmology needs.
They are on time or early getting me started on my eye exam. They explain what they are doing and why. Dr Rossow is prompt and thorough with her exam and explains what I can do to help my eye health.
I have been seeing Dr. Angela Oster for at least 10 years. I cannot say enough good things about her. She is knowledgeable, resourceful, kind, empathetic and everything else a doctor should be.
From day one I was impressed with West Metro Eye from the reception to the exam. Professional demeanor by all who I came in contact with. My final diagnosis was cataract surgery of the left eye. The procedure and process were fully explained to me without any confusion or questions by me. Dr. Hess knocked the surgery out of the park. My vision returned to 20/20 with the need for glasses I’ve worn for thirty years.
