I brought my 96 yr old Father to see Dr. Kruthoff. He explained everything very well and most importantly, treated my Dad with the dignity and respect that he deserves. Some either speak directly to me or speak very loudly assuming he can’t hear. My Dad is solid, body and mind and Dr. Kruthoff treated him as such. Thank you, Dr. Kruthoff and thank you Northwest Eye! Wow! Dr Ellingson exceeded my expectations as an OD. She saw me as a new patient, last minute on a Friday. Albeit, she already knew my history when she walked through the door AND had a bubbly personality to boot! I look forward to seeing her at my follow-up in 2 weeks. ?

Everyone at the NW Eye was kind, patient and helpful. I am especially grateful that they understand that I experience allergy symptoms and sensitivities to almost everything in the world and this causes me to become very tense when my only treatment option might put me at risk whereas people without this genetic trait might have no risk factors at all. In spite of this obstacle to treatment, Dr. Ellingson has not given up on me and she continues to make me feel welcome. Many, many thanks!!!!
