When I went into a Super Target today in Champlin Minnesota I had inquired if I could buy a glasses case for my cheap inexpensive reading glasses.
The lady there in the optical department was extremely helpful and very friendly. She simply handed me a very nice case a decent one Ray-Ban with a snap down thing on it. I thanked her and asked her if I could give her some money for it.
She said no no no but if I wanted to take the card that she handed me and scan the code and put it out there about my pleasant experience I said yeah I will definitely do that. Super nice lady and grateful for people like her.
Customer service was great! All the staff went out of their way to answer my questions. They listened to me and followed up. They patiently helped me find the perfect set of contacts.
